Personally, I think the double consonant to blame. :D
(Also, many people have a difficult time trying to remember our name.)

ku - 酷 - &quot;cool&quot; and a homophone for &quot;warehouse&quot;

So, nciku is a &quot;cool word space always ahead of the competition.&quot;
